4 or 5 star tea, 1 or 2 star product listing It’s Bigelow tea, and I find Bigelow to be a good, reliable, enjoyable brand, packaged to protect freshness. BUT nowhere on the Amazon listing or product packaging does it warn you that these are packed 4 bags to a pouch. The pouch will fold over and close fairly well, so if you are using the tea fairly quickly there’s no problem, but if you don’t drink it often, freshness would have to suffer some on the bags you don’t use when you first open the pouch. That’s okay. I might even choose…
Not good.. Do not purchase this item as it is terrible. At least the shipment I received. Perhaps some people are recieving legitimate Bigelow tea but I do not believe I have. This is my third attempt to write a review. The others have been rejected. What was wrong with this? No flavor, tiny bags, questionable ingredients. Even using 2 bags in a normal sized cup produced a weak flavor…you have been warned. Not recommended.
A Favorite Green Tea I was a die hard Luzianne black iced tea drinker. Wanting to switch to decaf green for health reasons, I tried MANY brands of green teas. I could not tell you how many unused boxes we have thrown out. This is one of my top two choices (the other being Uncle Lee). It has a very pleasing flavor, neither being too weak or too strong. We drink it iced and allow 1 cup water per bag with a 5 minute brew time in the warmed tea pot. My husband makes it at work using an electric ice tea brewing…
