Okay tea, great tin The tea is okay! I want to talk about the canister first though, since that’s primarily the reason I bought it. It’s definitely beautiful, well-made, and perfectly reusable. I was unsure if it would come with an inner lid but it did! Even the inner lid is adorned with fleur de lis designs for a wonderful presentation. A fine tea, in a spiffy tin The ornate tin which holds the tea is impressive and effective for storage. As for the tea itself, it’s strong and serviceable for a morning pick-me up. Personally, this Scottish tea ranks as second for me after Taylor’s brand tea bags. There’s nothing wrong with this tea, it just lacks a richness in flavor that I look for loose leaf tea to provide. All’s well that ends well. I had misgivings when the package arrived because there was a fairly large dent in the lid. When I removed the lid, I noticed that the tea didn’t have much fragrance, so I was concerned that the tea had been exposed to the air during transit. When I brewed a pot, however, the flavor was excellent.
