Barely adequate I’ll admit it, I was attracted by the price and the lack of negative reviews. I really wanted to like this product. I’ve been drinking sencha for years and drink a lot of it. This particular tea is certainly drinkable, but it lacks any of the qualities of a good sencha. After several weeks of experimenting, I find that the best way to brew it is to use 3 times as much as I would for another sencha (I use 3 teaspoon fulls for my medium sized teapot) and then only brew it for a short time,…
