Great tea I actually thought this was a powdered matcha tea when I bought this. (Did not read the description very well) I am very new to green tea and this is actually really nice. It does not steep very long and can be used twice. I think Rishi tea is a great company and have really liked all their teas that I have tried. I will tell you that if you are looking for an appetite suppressant this is a good one. I was not looking for that but noticed that if I drink it in the afternoon I do not get hungry…
No more coffee My sister in law who is very health conscious got me hooked on this after a family vacation. She travels with it everywhere. I must say, after a week of drinking this instead of coffee I felt much more energized and clear headed. I find that it will keep me awake at night if I drink too much- which would NEVER happen with coffee (my heart would race but mentally would be exhausted). I am hooked for the caffeine but they health benefits are invaluable too!
I drink it everyday 🙂 This is my favorite green tea – and I’ve tried a lot of them. Much better than Teavana green teas without any acidity and it’s organic. The tea has a good flavor and it a bright green color as opposed to a nutty brown of many others. I drink it everyday 🙂
