5. Brewing Tips: Cool pre heated filtered water to about 70C (158F) to 75C (167F).
Add a tea spoon to a cup of water (200ml) and steep for 2-3 minutes.

This is a very good tea. Liquor is light This is a very good tea. Liquor is light, but it’s fairly strong for a green tea. I’ve been drinking the 2016 version, within a couple months of the pick date. I’d recommend it for those who like Darjeeling green teas.
Not my cup of tea It may just be my taste in green teas, but I found this one boring. Not much flavor at all until at the very end if it’s steeped too long then there is a bitter flavor. I like a rich vegetal green tea, and those tend to be more expensive and from China or Korea. I’ve had Indian green teas I liked a lot, but I just find this one a disappointment.
It exposed me to a different variety of tea which I now plan to enjoy regularly. The tea has an excellent flavor I was thrilled by rhis promotion.
