Whistle and steam are a problem The tea pot is cute looking. Much better than a regular cook pan. However, it does have some flaws. The whistle is really useless unless you have the pot filled with water. The whistle is in the black cap on the lid. The steam that comes out of the cap is around the handle area which can get hot. OK Nice size for one or two cups. Purchased because it was a unique, mod design. Steel is a little thin, and no reinforced bottom. Cleans easily, a plus. Handle locks in place so no flopping around when you pour. I havenât been able to get it to whistle tho.
