this is wonderful tea by my experience I write very few reviews but wanted to take the time to thank the growers for their efforts. As an organic grower for 30 years, I appreciate their intent. That aside, this is wonderful tea by my experience. The leaves are larger than any loose leaf I have purchased. As to taste, I likely depart from tea drinkers who brew for flavor. Great with hot water I could certainly taste this organic sencha comes from the most well known tea growing area of Japan. Very authentic traditional Japanese tea flavor. Great with hot water, but excellent with cold water in summer. Will keep on drinking for my good health.
